With over 30 years in the Real Estate Market, builder and developer Arthur Cohen is the broker of Cross-Town Realty. Arthur is also a principle with Alan Glickson of Tecton, Inc., which has built over 125 custom homes in the Ansley Park, Morningside, Virginia Highland, and Buckhead neighborhoods of metro Atlanta. Tecton has also developed many multifamily, commercial, retail and restaurant properties including the Sager Lofts, 650 Hamilton, South City Kitchen, and the HorseRadish Grill. Arthur is a native Atlantan, and has a sincere interest to see Atlanta develop in a productive manner.

Jason Eden operates the sales department for Cross-Town Realty. Jason is also a native Atlantan, and is experienced in both the Atlanta commercial & residential market. Jason & Arthur officially formed Cross-Town Realty in April 2002. In 2005 Jason formed Sono Construction Corp. with Jason Gingold.
